The website collects data only through its contact form. There is no other collection: no user account, no analytics, no advertising tracker.

This data is used solely to handle and answer your request, in particular to arrange a demonstration of our products.

The legal basis is the legitimate interest of TAIK Intelligence Applied in responding to enquiries addressed to it, together with pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Your data is never sold, never rented, and never used for advertising purposes.

Enquiries with no commercial follow-up are kept for twelve months from the last exchange, then deleted.

Enquiries that lead to a commercial relationship are kept for the duration of that relationship, then for the applicable statutory retention period.

The data is accessible only to those people at TAIK Intelligence Applied responsible for commercial follow-up.

Two technical processors are involved:

Vercel Inc. and Resend, Inc. are companies incorporated under United States law. Although the site's server functions run in a European region, these companies may be subject to access requests from United States authorities.

Any resulting transfer of data to the United States is governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, together with the technical measures implemented by these providers.

The data submitted through the form is limited to the fields listed above: it contains no sensitive data and no data relating to third parties.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted encrypted and is not stored on the website: it is sent by email and then kept in the company's professional mailbox.

This policy may be updated to reflect technical or regulatory developments. The applicable version is the one published on the website at the time you consult it.
