WorkPack · AI Workflow Pack

Design, generate and validate your packaging

WorkPack is the AI platform for the packaging cycle. It creates AI-assisted concepts and automatically analyses your packs to check mandatory information, regulatory constraints and the consistency of the data they carry. Built for packaging, quality and regulatory teams.

The problem

Packaging has become a permanent compliance exercise

A consumer goods brand manages hundreds of references, across several markets, in several languages. Every pack carries mandatory information that varies by country, product category and the regulation in force.

More references, more markets

Every variant, every format, every market adds another version to check. The volume grows faster than the team.

Layers of regulation

PPWR stacks on top of existing obligations on labelling, allergens, origin and sorting. Reference frameworks move, and packs that were signed off become non-compliant on their own.

Approval round trips

Marketing, quality, legal and the supplier pass proofs back and forth. Every loop costs days, and information gets lost between versions.

The cost of finding an error late

A missing statement caught after prepress means remaking a plate. Caught after printing, it means pulping a run.

The heart of it

Two ways to validate a pack

This is easier to count than to explain. The usual process takes six steps. The same work assisted by WorkPack takes four.

Without WorkPack

6 steps

  1. Check the brand guidelines and regulatory references
  2. Agency produces the pack
  3. First reviewer reads it through
  4. Second reviewer checks it again
  5. Guidelines consulted again wherever there is doubt
  6. Corrections, then another full review cycle

With WorkPack

4 steps

  1. Produce the pack
  2. Automated compliance analysis
  3. Non-compliant items identified within seconds
  4. Targeted corrections

Two review passes and one guideline check removed, on every pack and every version. That is the entire argument.

What the platform does

Two clearly separate jobs

Generate

WorkPack produces AI-assisted packaging concepts from your guidelines and your range constraints.

  • Concepts and creative variants from a brief
  • Brand guidelines and range codes respected
  • Adapted across the formats and markets of the reference

Check

WorkPack analyses existing packs automatically and flags what is wrong, before it becomes expensive.

  • Missing or incorrect mandatory information detected
  • Consistency verified across faces and versions
  • Regulatory and brand-guideline constraints checked

Inside the application

What a designer sees before sending to print

The artwork goes off to be analysed, anomalies come back measured and tied to a rule, the score is computed. The last decision stays human: an anomaly overruled in arbitration drops out of the score, and the record of that decision remains.

  • Allergen statement missing from the ingredient list

    Allergens · Blocking · confidence 0.94

Overruled in arbitration — dropped from the score

  • Triman logo below minimum size

The checks in detail

Exactly what the platform verifies

This level of detail is what separates a useful check from a general promise. Each point below is a verification performed on the pack itself.

Mandatory information
Product name, ingredient list, allergens, net quantity, durability date, storage conditions, food business operator details, origin, nutrition declaration.
Consistency across faces
Information carried on several faces must be identical everywhere. Discrepancies between front, back and sides are flagged.
Consistency across languages
On a multilingual pack, every language must carry the same information. Missing translations and mismatched values are detected.
Regulatory compliance
The frameworks in force for the product category and target market are applied, PPWR included.
Brand guideline constraints
Brand codes are respected: reserved areas, minimum sizes, mandated positions, information hierarchy.

What changes

Less risk, fewer loops

Fewer compliance errors

The check is systematic and identical from one pack to the next. It no longer depends on a reviewer's availability or fatigue.

Shorter production time

Non-compliances surface within seconds instead of waiting for the next review slot.

Faster route through prepress

A pack that arrives clean at prepress avoids remade plates and back and forth with the engraver.

Shorter time to market

Fewer approval loops means a launch that holds its date.

Who it is for

Brands, agencies and packaging manufacturers

Brands

Packaging, quality and regulatory teams that need to secure their market releases and absorb a growing regulatory load.

Agencies

Design studios and packaging agencies that want to deliver pre-checked proofs and cut down client round trips.

Packaging manufacturers

Prepress houses, printers and converters that want to move checking upstream in their own production chain.

WorkPack is available by subscription, under licence, or integrated into your existing production chain.
